Follow the recipe book, set the program and timer to the recommend. This pressure cooker took about 17 minutes to come to pressure. Another 25 minutes on the timer to actually make and cook the meal

For maybe was just a little bit underdone however the flavor was good I didn't notice any sticking or burning.
